Fresh California Olive Oil, Shipped Across the West

Rows of olive trees in an olive grove

You don't have to live in California to cook with fresh California olive oil. We ship our unfiltered, single-estate extra virgin olive oil from Valley Springs to all 50 states, including Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Region Typical transit (estimate)
Reno, Lake Tahoe, Carson City (NV) 1–2 days
Las Vegas (NV), Phoenix & Tucson (AZ) 2–3 days
Portland, Eugene (OR) 2–3 days
Seattle, Spokane (WA), Boise (ID), Salt Lake City (UT) 2–4 days

Why order direct from the farm? You get a known harvest date, a single estate, and oil that hasn't sat in a distributor's warehouse.

How we ship olive oil across the West

Every order is packed by hand in Valley Springs, California. Bottles travel in molded inserts and sealed bags, and if anything arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it. Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days; gallon and 5-gallon containers ship within 2–3 business days. In summer, desert and inland routes to Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson can get hot, so during heat waves we may hold a shipment for a day or two rather than let it sit in a truck over a weekend. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address and order. Full details are on our shipping and delivery page.

What's in the bottle

Rose Brothers is single-estate extra virgin olive oil from centenarian olive trees (more than 100 years old) in Calaveras County. We hand-pick in November and December, keep the fruit temperature-controlled, and have it milled by Nick Sciabica & Sons within 48 hours of picking. It's cold-pressed and unfiltered, and independently lab tested every harvest (December 2025: 0.15% free fatty acids and 381 mg/kg polyphenols). Here's what those numbers mean: our lab results explained.

Which size to order

  • 250 ml: a first taste, or a gift you can mail to family out of state.
  • 500 ml: our most popular size for everyday cooking.
  • Cases of 12: the best per-bottle price, and one shipment instead of several.
  • Gallons: for restaurants, caterers, and households that cook with olive oil daily.
  • Harvest Club: fresh oil on a 1, 2, or 3 month schedule, with first access to new-harvest releases.

Keeping it fresh after delivery

Once your oil arrives, store it somewhere cool and dark with the cap on, away from the stove. Our guide on how to store olive oil covers how long it lasts once opened. Not sure what fresh oil should taste like? Read how to taste olive oil.
