Good olive oil is a gift that gets used, not regifted. Ours is unfiltered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from one family's centenarian trees in Calaveras County, hand-picked each November and December. Independently lab tested every harvest (December 2025: 0.15% free fatty acids, 381 mg/kg polyphenols).
