Bulk doesn't have to mean anonymous. Our gallons hold the same single-estate, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil as our bottles: centenarian trees in Valley Springs, hand-picked in November and December, kept temperature-controlled, and milled by Nick Sciabica & Sons within 48 hours. Independently lab tested every harvest (December 2025: 0.15% free fatty acids, 381 mg/kg polyphenols).
