A case is the simplest way to keep fresh olive oil in the pantry all year, split an order with friends, or cover a holiday gift list in one shipment. It's the same unfiltered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil as our single bottles, from centenarian trees in Calaveras County, hand-picked in November and December and milled within 48 hours. Independently lab tested every harvest (December 2025: 0.15% free fatty acids, 381 mg/kg polyphenols).
