A neighbor's olive oil
San Joaquin County grows some of California's best wine grapes, and the same foothill climate that suits vineyards suits olives. Our oil comes from centenarian olive trees (more than 100 years old) in Valley Springs, picked by hand each November and December. We keep the fruit temperature-controlled and have it milled by Nick Sciabica & Sons within 48 hours of picking, then bottle it unfiltered. Every harvest is independently lab tested (December 2025: 0.15% free fatty acids and 381 mg/kg polyphenols). See the full breakdown on our quality page.
Olive oil and wine country cooking
Fresh, peppery extra virgin olive oil belongs on the same table as a Lodi Zinfandel. A few easy pairings:
- Antipasto boards: a shallow pour for bread, alongside cheese, cured meats, olives, and grapes. Our ceramic dipping bowls are sized for this.
- Grilled vegetables and meats: finish with a drizzle of raw oil right before serving.
- Dipping oils: herbs, garlic, balsamic, or chili flakes. Find five versions in our bread dipping recipes.
For wineries, tasting rooms, and restaurants

We offer cases of 12 for retail shelves and gallon and 5-gallon formats for kitchens.
