If you cook with olive oil every day, bake focaccia, or simply hate running out, this is your size. You get one gallon (128 fl oz) of the same unfiltered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil we bottle, at a lower price per ounce.

Tip: Decant a small amount into a dark bottle for daily use and keep the gallon sealed in a cool, dark cupboard. Air, light, and heat are what age olive oil.

Limited each harvest: We make only about 150 gallons in a typical year. When the gallons are gone, they're gone until the next harvest.
